敦化雁鸣湖镇森林康养区森林挥发物变化规律及康养缓解2型糖尿病患者应激反应

【摘要】 明确敦化雁鸣湖镇不同森林康养区7月份森林挥发物变化规律及康养对2型糖尿病患者血清应激激素的影响,分析相关机理.采用吸附剂富集的方法,在雁鸣湖镇室外温泉区、人工落叶松林区、白桦林区和阔叶混交林区收集森林挥发物.随机招募26名志愿者,在雁鸣湖镇进行为期3周的森林康养,通过调查问卷法判定康养对心境相关指标的影响;液相色谱-质谱法检测血清中肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺和皮质醇含量,开展相关分析.结果显示:敦化雁鸣湖镇森林康养区室外温泉区共鉴定出87种森林挥发物,人工落叶松林区88种,白桦林区65种,阔叶混交林区50种;挥发物分为14类,分别为芳香类、酯类、醇类、酮类、烷烃类、含N类、烯烃类、含S类、醛类、醚类、羧酸类、含O杂环类及其他类.不同区域森林挥发物种类和相对含量不同,4个区域森林挥发物的总体日变化趋势是上午种类多,之后逐渐减少.通过调查问卷可知:在雁鸣湖镇进行为期3周的森林康养活动,可提高糖尿病患者及健康志愿者睡眠质量;降低健康志愿者的心理应激反应,对2型糖尿病患者的心理应激反应也具有缓解效应.与健康志愿者比较,森林康养显著降低了2型糖尿病患者血清中儿茶酚胺及皮质醇水平(P<0.05).可见,森林康养可调节相关心境指数,降低糖尿病患者的应激反应及血清相关应激激素水平.

【Abstract】 To explore the forest volatiles changing in different forest areas in Yanminghu Town,Dunhua district in July and explore forest care alleviating stress response with type 2 diabetes mellitus and analyze related mechanisms.Forest volatiles were collected by adsorbents enrichment methods in the outdoor hot spring area,the artificial larch forest area,the Birch forest area and the temperate broadleaf and mixed forest area of Yanminghu Town.26 volunteers were randomly recruited. All the volunteers took part in 3 weeks forest rehabiliation in July2019 in Yanminghu Town,Dunhua district. The emotional state was detected by using questionnaire. Liquid chromatography mass spectrometry was applied to detect plasma levels of epinephrine,norepinephrine,dopamine and cortisol.The results showed that 87 kinds of forest volatiles have been discovered in outdoor hot spring area,88 species in man-made Larix forest area,65 species in Birch forest area and 50 species in broad-leaved forest mixed area in Yanminghu Town,Dunhua district. These volatiles were classified into 14 groups,they are aromatics,esters,alcohols,ketones,alkanes,nitrogenous compounds,alkenes,sulfur compounds,aldehydes,ethers,carboxylic acids,oxygenated heterocyclic compounds and other else. The types and contents of volatiles were different in different areas,the total variation trend of these forest volatiles in the four areas was as follows:there were more volatile species in the morning,and then they gradually decreased.Questionnaire results showed that 3-week forest rehabiliation could improve sleep quality and alleviate psychological stress reaction of diabetic patients and healthy volunteers.Compared with the healthy volunteers,the forest rehabiliation activity significantly reduced the level of serum catecholamine and cortisol level in type 2 diabetic patients( P<0.05).Therefore,forest rehabiliation care could adjust the related mood index,reduce the level of stress reaction and serum related stress hormones in patients with diabetes.
