【摘要】 以吉林省临江市的紫椴种子为材料探讨紫椴种子休眠的影响因素,采用萌发法、称重法、生物鉴定法研究紫椴种子萌发进程、吸水过程、萌发抑制物活性.结果表明:紫椴种子具有休眠特性,但种子透水性不良并不是导致紫椴种子休眠的主要原因;紫椴种子各部位浸提液对白菜种子的芽和胚根生长具有抑制作用,这种抑制作用因部位与浸提液浓度不同呈现差异,抑制性为胚>完整种子>果皮.更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore the influence factors of Tilia amurensis seeds dormancy in Linjiang city of Jilin Province,the germination process,water absorption process and germination inhibitor activity were researched by germination method,weighing method and biological identification method.The results showed that Tilia amurensis seeds had dormancy characteristics,but the water permeability of seeds was not the central reason for the dormancy of Tilia amurensis seeds.The extracts from different parts of Tilia amurensis seeds inhibited the growth and elongation of buds and radicle of cabbage seeds.The inhibitory effect was different due to the concentration of different parts and extracts.The inhibitory effects were as follows: endosperm>intact seed>pericarp.更多还原
