【摘要】 目的探讨应用经皮球囊压迫术(PBC)治疗三叉神经痛(TN)的疗效.方法将157例三叉神经痛患者纳入本次研究,回顾性分析应用经皮球囊压迫术治疗的临床疗效,评估术前适应证及术后并发症,并进行2 a的临床随访.结果术后有155例(99%)患者疼痛消失,只有2例(1%)患者初次手术后症状没有得到改善.经过2a随访,有8例(5%)患者复发,其中7例再次行PBC手术后疼痛得到缓解.1例口服小剂量卡马西平止痛,无死亡病例.结论经皮球囊压迫术治疗三叉神经痛具有低成本、低复发率和高治愈率的临床效果,是三叉神经痛治疗的有效选择.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To disscuss effect of percutaneous balloon compression for treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Method 157 patients with TN was performed by the same surgeon. All patients had clinical follow-up2 years while being evaluated for any recurrence of the symptoms. Results Initial pain relief was complete in155 operated patients( 99%),only 2 patients( 1%) did not improve initially. After 2-year follow-up,only 8 patients( 5%) had developed recurrent symptoms,7 of them had pain relief after PBC operation again. One case was treated with carbamazepine. There was no mortality. Conclusion The low cost,low morbidity,low recurrence rate and high positive results make this procedure a valid option by using percutaneous balloon compression for treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.更多还原
