低温空气源热泵压缩机壳体热回收的制热特性研究
Research on Heating Characteristics of Heat Recovery of Compressor Shell of Low Temperature Air-source Heat Pump
【摘要】 本文在补气增焓技术的基础上,设计利用压缩机壳体蓄热的室内热能补充系统的新型热泵系统来强化制热。系统利用充注在蓄热换热器中的相变蓄热材料回收压缩机壳体余热。室内热能补充装置将压缩机壳体余热作为附加系统的热源,将这部分热量通过附加系统转化至室内热量,以提高系统制热效率。通过实验测得,新系统与原系统相比,在常温下将水箱中的水从30℃加热到50℃所用时间缩短0.83%,在0℃情况下,缩短1.22%,在-6℃情况下,缩短2.02%,在-12℃情况下,缩短4.84%。
【Abstract】 In this research, based on the technology of supplemental air and enthalpy, a new type of heat pump system that uses the heat storage of the compressor shell to supplement the indoor thermal energy is designed to enhance heating. The phase change heat storage material charged in the heat storage heat exchanger is used in the system to recover the waste heat of the compressor shell. The waste heat of the compressor shell is used as the heat source of the additional system in the indoor thermal energy supplement device, and this part of the heat is converted into the indoor heat through the additional system to improve the heating efficiency of the system. The time to heat the water in the water tank from 30 °C to 50 °C at room temperature is reduced by 0.83%, at 0 °C, it is reduced by 1.22%, it is reduced by 2.02% at-6 °C, it is reduced by 4.84% at-12 °C.
