多冷水机组水系统的能耗仿真建模与多策略评估研究

【摘要】 本文以一套典型的多冷水机组水系统为研究对象,对该多冷水机组水系统的主要设备(冷水机组、水泵、冷却塔和风机)分别建立了能耗仿真模型,并在此基础上构建了系统能耗仿真模型。通过所建立的模型,在4种不同运行控制策略下,对典型日该多冷水机组水系统进行仿真研究,分析运行状况并进行能耗分析评估。结果表明,对整个系统而言,采用基于约束优化的控制策略4,系统运行能耗最低,较常规运行情况全天节能1 796 kW·h,全天能耗降低约6.89%。

【Abstract】 In order to facilitate the evaluation study, a typical multi-chiller system(chiller, water pump, cooling tower, and fan) is introduced as the specific research object to establish energy consumption simulation model.Through the established model, the simulation of the multi-chiller system under four different operational control strategies on a typical day is carried out, with the energy consumption analysis and evaluation furthermore. By comparing the energy consumption of the chiller system with four different operational control strategies, it is found that the energy consumption level of Strategy 4 based on constraint optimization is the lowest, which saves 1 796 kW·h throughout one whole day and reduces energy consumption by 6.89%.
