【摘要】 随着全球环保要求日益严苛,开发低GWP的HFOs类成为制冷剂发展趋势。本文对R1234ze-Z和R1336mzz-E制冷剂组合物进行不同配比下的理论循环热工性能计算、气相泄漏组分变化分析、燃烧抑爆比探索,结果显示,当R1234ze-Z含量为90%时,其理论循环热工性能优异且安全性高;具有与R1234ze-Z在不同温度下相似的饱和蒸气压,与金属材料相容性良好,是一种潜在的高温热泵工质。

【Abstract】 HFOs refrigerants have obvious advantages with the increasingly stringent global environmental protection requirements.In this paper, properties of two HFOs refrigerants under different ratios are carried out, about the calculation of theoretical cycle thermal performance, component change analysis of gas leakage, and exploration of combustion suppression ratio.The results show that when the content of R1234 ze-Z is 90%,the theoretical cycle heat good performance and high safety.At the same time, the composition has a saturated vapor pressure similar to R1234 ze-Z,and has good stability with metal materials.It is a potential high temperature heat pump working fluid.
