混凝-吹脱-臭氧氧化组合工艺对垃圾渗滤液的处理

【摘要】 采用混凝-吹脱-臭氧氧化法处理垃圾渗滤液,考察该工艺对化学需氧量(chemical oxygen demand, COD)及氨氮(NH3-N)的去除效果,并确定最佳工艺参数。结果表明:筛选出最佳混凝剂组合为聚合硫酸铁(PFS)+Al2(SO43,最佳用量分别为在(16+16) g/L、pH=8时,混凝COD去除率为69%;在室温和pH=11时,NH3-N吹脱6 h达到最佳,NH3-N去除率为72%。在臭氧氧化阶段考察了停留时间对COD和NH3-N去除率的影响,确定停留时间为3 h时为最佳工艺,COD去除率为90%,NH3-N去除率为57%。混凝-空气吹脱-臭氧氧化组合工艺对COD去除率可达97%,NH3-N去除率达94.7%。

【Abstract】 Coagulation-air stripping-ozone oxidation process was used to treat landfill leachate, in order to investigate the removal effect of chemical oxygen demand(COD) and ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N). The optimal parameters were determined through this process. The best coagulant combination was selected as polymeric ferric sulfate(PFS)+Al2(SO43, the best dosage was(16+16) g/L, under the original condition of water pH(pH=8). The removal rate of COD reached up to 69%. NH3-N stripping was carried out at room temperature and pH=11 for 6 h to achieve the best treatment effect, and then the NH3-N removal rate could reach 72%. The effect of residence time on COD and NH3-N removal rate was investigated in the ozone oxidation stage, and the best process was generated in 3 h of resident time, with the COD removal rate 90% and the NH3-N removal rate 57%. The final COD removal rate using coagulation-stripping-ozone oxidation combined process was about 97%, and the ammonia nitrogen removal rate was 94.7%.
