【摘要】 联合基金建立的基础研究多元化资助体系,聚焦于区域、企业和行业发展中的关键科学问题和关键技术领域中的核心科学问题,其项目研究成果在很大程度上助推了我国产业技术核心创新能力的提升和知识创新体系与技术创新体系的深度融合。因此,如何将联合基金项目进行科学管理并发挥对社会经济发展的重要支持作用是联合基金管理工作中亟待解决的问题。该研究结合国内外科学基金资助与成果管理的实践和经验,从项目成果管理和成果应用贯通路线两方面出发,就联合基金成果应用贯通机制的实施展开探讨,并提出联合基金成果应用贯通机制建立的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The diversified funding system for basic research established by the Joint Fund focuses on key scientific issues in regional、 enterprise and industrial development and core scientific issues in key technical fields. The project research results have largely boosted our country’s industrial technology core innovation capabilities, the improvement of knowledge and the in-depth integration of the knowledge innovation system and the technological innovation system. Therefore, how to scientifically manage the Joint Funds and play an important supporting role in social and economic development is an urgent problem to be solved in the management of Joint Funds. We start from the two aspects of project achievement management and achievement application penetration route, combined with the practice and experience of domestic and foreign scientific funds funding and achievement management, discuss the implementation of the Joint Fund achievement application penetration mechanism, and propose the application of Joint Fund results policy recommendations for the establishment of a thorough mechanism.更多还原
