【摘要】 提升乡村发展的内生动力是乡村振兴的根本路径。基于社会网络结构理论,界定乡村振兴内生动力的实质,剖析乡村社会资源要素结构状况及其纽带关系对乡村振兴内生动力的制约,发现乡村社会网络中存在行动主体失陷、集体经济薄弱、结构洞缺少、纽带控制弱化等问题。建议进一步强化村集体组织的行政权威,不断壮大集体经济;利用家族力量增强农村基层组织认同权;吸引财力权威、乡贤权威等精英填补农村社会结构洞;挖掘和培育城乡间的联结权威精英,增强城乡居民的互动与合作;形成有利于乡村内生发展的文化心理与制度结构。更多还原

【Abstract】 Promoting the endogenous driving force of rural development is the fundamental path of rural vitalization.Based on the theory of social network structure,this paper defines the essence of the endogenous impetus of rural vitalization,and deeply analyzes the restriction of the structure of rural social resources elements and the characteristics of their ties on the endogenous impetus of rural vitalization.It is found that there exist such problems in the rural social network as the missing of village action main body,the weakening the collective economy,the lack of network structure hole,the weakening of the bond control and so on.It is suggested that the administrative authority of village collective organizations should be further strengthened to strengthen the collective economy,the identity of rural grass-roots organizations should be strengthened by the family power,and the elites such as the financial authority and the local authority should be attracted to fill the holes in the rural social structure.We should excavate and cultivate the authoritative elites,strengthen the interaction and cooperation between urban and rural residents,and form the cultural psychology and institutional structure for the endogenous development of rural areas.更多还原
