【摘要】 利用中国-中东欧国家经贸合作示范区,宁波与中东欧国家在港口航空方面的合作不断深入。通过剖析双方港口航空建设水平逐渐加强、合作日趋频繁、政策大力支持等有利条件和建设水平需提升、合作深度和广度需加强、欧美国家干预等不利因素,并借鉴典型国际经贸合作示范区在畅通多式联运通道等方面的经验,从提高港口信息化和智慧化水平、加强机场能级提升、增强双方整体合作、培养高层次人才等方面提出完善双方港口航空建设的路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking advantage of the China-CEEC Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Zone,Ningbo and CEECs continue to deepen their cooperation in port aviation. Through the analysis of the gradual strengthening of the port and aviation construction level of the two sides, the increasingly frequent cooperation, the strong policy support and other favorable conditions and the construction level need to be improved, the depth and breadth of cooperation need to be strengthened, the intervention of European and American countries, and other unfavorable factors, the experience brought about by multimodal transport channels has been proposed to improve the port aviation construction of both parties in terms of improving the level of port informatization and intelligence, strengthening the improvement of airport energy level, enhancing the overall cooperation between the two parties, and cultivating high-level talents.更多还原
