计算流体力学数值计算在化工原理实践课程教学中的应用

【摘要】 本文以化工原理实践学为例,开展了课程教学过程中教学方法改革,提出了一种以计算流体力学仿真为基础的化工原理实践课程教学方法。其核心理念是:以化学反应操作单元内涉及到描述传递过程的数理方程为数学模型,采用化学反应操作单元的反应器为几何模型,将数学模型和几何模型进行数值计算,预测化学反应操作单元的传递现象;在传统实践教学中引入计算流体力学数值仿真,能够使学生深入理解传递过程中的基本原理并能进一步培养学生的工程应用思维。

【Abstract】 Taking the practice of chemical engineering principle as an example,this paper carries out the reform of teaching methods in the course teaching process,and proposes a teaching method of chemical engineering principle practice course based on computational fluid dynamics simulation.The core idea of this method is to use the mathematical equation involved in the chemical reaction operation unit to describe the transfer process as the mathematical model,and the reactor of the chemical reaction operation unit as the geometric model.The mathematical model and geometric model are numerically calculated to predict the transfer phenomenon of the chemical reaction operation unit.The introduction of computational fluid dynamics numerical simulation in traditional practice teaching can enable students to deeply understand the basic principles in the transmission process and further cultivate students’ engineering application thinking.
