【Abstract】 The implementation of the "Excellent Engineer Program" project puts forward higher requirements for the teaching of undergraduate courses.In this paper,the theoretical teaching and curriculum design of the "Principles of Chemical Engineering" course of the Excellence Program are discussed from the aspects of teaching content,teaching methods,teaching means and so on.Practice has proved that the reformed practical teaching mode can better promote students’ comprehensive understanding of the corresponding "unit operations" of "Chemical Engineering Principles" and improve students’ engineering literacy.更多还原
