辽西北地区高氟高盐废水的降氟工艺研究

【摘要】 本文研究了辽西北地区高氟高盐废水的降氟工艺。通过添加氯化钙,利用同离子效应可去除废水中的氟离子。当钙氟比达到5:1时,经搅拌、静置、过滤后可使废水中的氟离子的浓度降至1.71mg/L。在此基础上又利用明矾进行共沉淀研究,结果表明,共沉淀法可减少氯化钙的添加量,使废水中的氟离子浓度降低到1.20mg/L,不仅实现了达标排放,还能够显著提高降氟速度,降低去氟成本。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the defluorination technology of wastewater with high fluoride and high salinity in Northwest Liaoning Province was studied.The fluoride ion in wastewater can be removed by adding calcium chloride and using the same ion effect.When the ratio of calcium to fluorine reaches 5:1,the concentration of fluorine ion in the wastewater can be reduced to 1.71mg/L after stirring,standing and filtering.On this basis,alum was used for coprecipitation study.The results showed that the coprecipitation method can reduce the amount of calcium chloride and reduce the fluoride concentration to 1.20 mg/L,which not only achieves the discharge standard,but also significantly improves the rate of defluorination and reduces the cost of fluoride removal.
