【摘要】 为研究柯桥酷玩小镇的创建模式,运用文献资料法、实地考察法、访谈法及逻辑分析法对其创建过程中的政策举措、工作制度、项目运作及最后成效进行了研究.结果表明:柯桥酷玩小镇的创建属于政府主导、企业投入型模式;政府的政策支持、资源投入为成功创建提供了保障;融合性设计、责任人制及"挂图"式的跨部门联合作战是成功创建的保证;项目包建设与"联盟"式的管理、经营方式是成功创建的根本.小镇的创建经验将为其他区域的特色小镇创建提供"模板".更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the establishment model of Keqiao Kuwan town, the policy measures, working system, project action and final effect in the process of its establishment were studied based on combined methods of documentary and literature review, field survey, interview, and logical explanation. It was found that this town, as a result of joined efforts in integrated design, personnel liable, and multiple departments, featuring the policy of package construction, allied management and business, created a unique pattern of government planning and enterprise funding. The creation experience of this town would provide a model for developing sports themed towns in China.更多还原
