【摘要】 以广东省2015-2019年沪深214家上市公司为样本,实证分析企业股权集中度、股权性质与企业创新投入之间的关系。研究发现,广东沪深上市公司的股权集中度与企业创新投入之间具有显著的负相关性;与非国有企业相比,国有企业的研发投入强度更低。因此,企业应该优化股权结构,加强企业创新研发投入,建立合理的激励机制,进而提升企业创新能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on 214 listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2015 to 2019 in Guangdong Province, this paper empirically analyzes the relationship between ownership concentration, ownership nature and innovation investment. The results show that there is a significant negative correlation between ownership concentration and innovation investment of listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen; compared with non-state-owned enterprises, the R&D investment intensity of state-owned enterprises is lower. Therefore, enterprises should optimize the ownership structure, strengthen the investment in innovation research and development, and establish a reasonable incentive mechanism, so as to improve the innovation ability of enterprises.更多还原
