张家口地区苜蓿田杂草种类调查及防除技术
Investigation on Weed Species and Control Techniques of Afalfa Field in Zhangjiakou
【摘要】 目的调查张家口地区苜蓿田杂草种类及数量,筛选针对苜蓿田不同种类杂草防除效果较好的除草剂。方法以张家口市苜蓿田的杂草为试验对象,设置不同浓度梯度的智闲乳油(氟乐灵,480 g·L-1)和豆草特水剂(5%咪唑乙烟酸)分别对苜蓿田在播种后进行土壤喷雾封闭处理,调查不同种类杂草数量和质量,分析不同除草剂防除效果的差异,以及不同浓度的除草剂防除效果的差异性是否显著。结果筛选出苜蓿田的除草剂豆草特水剂(5%咪唑乙烟酸),在100~145 ml/亩浓度范围内对狗尾草、糜子、灰绿藜、野燕麦、牦牛儿苗等苜蓿田优势杂草的防除效果均达到80%,不同浓度的豆草特水剂防除效果没有显著性差异,但对牦牛儿苗的防除效果与浓度成正相关。结论苜蓿田优势杂草种类有狗尾草、糜子、灰绿藜、野燕麦、牦牛儿苗。苜蓿田的除草剂豆草特水剂(5%咪唑乙烟酸)在一定浓度范围内对苜蓿田优势杂草种类具有很好的防除效果,建议在生产中推广使用。
【Abstract】 Objective To screen herbicides with better control effect for different kinds of weeds in alfalfa field in Zhangjiakou by investigating the species and quantity of weeds in alfalfa field.Methods By taking weeds in Zhangjiakou alfalfa field as experimental subjects, Zhixian emulsifiable concentrate(trifluralin, 480 g·L-1)and bean grass agent(5% imidazole b niacin)with different concentration gradients, were used to treat the alfalfa fields after spraying the soil atomization.And after investigation of the kinds quantity and weight of weeds, and analysis of the difference of herbicide control effects, the significance of the control effects of herbicides with different concentrations was determined.Results The herbicide legume special water agent(5% imidazole ethylnicotinic acid)in alfalfa field was screened through experiments.The control effect of legume special water agent with different concentrations on dominant weeds in Zhangjiakou alfalfa field, such as dogtail grass, millet, grey green quinoa, wild oats and yak seedlings, reached more than 80%,and there was no significant difference in the control effect of legume special water agent with different concentrations.However, the control effect on yak seedlings was positively correlated with the concentration.Conclusion The dominant weeds in the alfalfa field of Zhangjiakou Comprehensive Test Station include dogtail grass, millet, grey green quinoa, wild oats and yak seedlings.The herbicide legume special water agent(5% imidazole b niacin)in alfalfa field has a good control effect on the dominant weed species in alfalfa field within a certain concentration range, so it is recommended to be popularized in production.
