基于隧道点云数据的超欠挖检测应用研究

【摘要】 隧道中检测超欠挖的传统方法效率低且结果受布设测点个数影响,将三维激光扫描技术应用于隧道超欠挖检测中可提供快速有效的测量结果。首先,介绍隧道中三维点云数据的采集及点云数据处理方法;其次,将常用曲线拟合中的三次B样条曲线拟合方法推广到可应用于隧道曲面拟合中的双三次B样条曲面拟合,提出基于设计面外法线方法求解隧道超欠挖检测;最后,结合浙江省内某一在建铁路隧道工程实例,对隧道K136+200~K136+260里程段进行超欠挖分析,将分析结果与现场全站仪检测结果进行对比。结果表明:三维激光扫描技术检测结果更接近真实情况,可广泛应用于隧道超欠挖检测。

【Abstract】 The traditional method for detecting overbreak and underbreak in tunnels is inefficient and the results are usually affected by the number of measuring points. The application of 3D laser scanning technology in detecting overbreak and underbreak in tunnels can provide measurement results rapidly and effectively. First, this paper introduces the collection of 3D point cloud data in tunnels and the method of data processing. Then, the cubic B-spline curve fitting method, a commonly used method in curve fitting, is extended to the bicubic B-spline surface fitting, which can be applied in tunnel surface fitting. A method based on the exterior normal of the design surface is proposed to solve the tunnel overbreak and underbreak detection. Finally, based on a railway tunnel project under construction in Zhejiang Province, the overbreak and underbreak analysis is conducted on a cross-section of the tunnel from K136+200 to K136+260. The results are compared with those of a total station on site. The results show that the detection results of 3D laser scanning technology are closer to the real situation and can be widely used in the detection of overbreak and underbreak in tunnels.
