植物修复重金属强化技术和间套种研究进展
Research progress of enhanced phytoremediation for heavy metals and intercropping technique
【摘要】 近年来,提高植物修复的效率已成为土壤重金属修复的研究热点。对植物修复重金属强化技术和间套种研究进展及其修复效率评价进行了文献综述。植物强化修复技术通过增加超富集植物的生物量或植物体内的重金属含量来获得更高的修复效率。间套作是基于生态位原理发展起来的植物修复的一种新模式,在土壤重金属修复中有独特的应用优势,其作用机制与根际分泌物、根系微生物以及土壤pH有关。间套作在重金属修复中的应用主要采用两种模式:协同作用模式,增强了各植物对重金属的修复效果;拮抗作用模式,在达到修复目的的同时,抑制粮食或饲料作物对重金属的吸收,以实现农产品的安全生产。对间套种植物修复效率的评价需要考虑植物修复时间和经济可行性。多种强化技术联用的植物修复技术更为经济环保,具有广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 Improving the efficiency of phytoremediation of heavy metal polluted soil is a hotspot in recent years.This paper has reviewed the research progress of enhanced phytoremediation of heavy metal and intercropping and evaluation of remediation efficiency.Improved remediation efficiency of the enhanced phytoremediation can be achieved via increase of the biomass of hyperaccumulator or the content of heavy metals in plants.Intercropping is a newly developed phytoremediation model based on biologic niche.Mechanism of the intercropping is related to root exudates,root microorganisms and soil pH.There are two modes of intercropping for remediation of heavy metal,i.e.,synergistic mode and antagonistic mode.The former can strengthen the remediation effects of plants,while the latter can not only remedy the polluted soil,but also prevent grain/food crops from absorbing the heavy metals,ensuring safe production of agricultural products.Evaluation of the phytoremediation efficiency of intercropping needs to consider time and economic feasibility.Phytoremediation technology with multiple intensification technologies is proposed due to its economic and environmental advantages and wide applications.
