同模异腔注塑模浇注系统优化分析
Optimization of gating system for injection mold with different cavities based on simulation
【摘要】 为了研究同模异腔注塑模浇注系统常见的流动不平衡问题,以某汽车空调风扇的端盖注塑件模具为例,利用Moldflow CAE技术对其几何参数及工艺参数进行改进与优化。结合端盖注塑件结构特点改进模具的几何参数,通过对浇口位置的解析,获取最优浇口区域,并且给出浇口尺寸;借助流道系统的平衡分析和迭代计算,修正流道尺寸。基于Minitab软件设计寻优求解方案,获得最优工艺参数,并在Moldflow仿真平台上对端盖注塑件模具填充流动情况进行分析。最后,对改进的几何参数及优化的工艺参数进行试验验证,结果表明:注塑质量得到了提高,较好地解决了流动不平衡问题。
【Abstract】 In order to study the common flow imbalance problem in gating system of the injection mold with different cavities,taking the production of the upper and lower cover on the car air conditioning fan as an example,the geometric and process parameters were improved and optimized by using Moldflow CAE technology.The best input area and the appropriate gate sizes were obtained with the analysis of the gate position and the structural characteristics of the covers.The channel sizes were improved based on the flow path equilibrium analysis and iterative calculation.In terms of process parameters,the required statistics were obtained by Moldflow in combination with Minitab,and the optimal process parameters were obtained by developing the optimal solution scheme for the design of the response surface test.The optimized gating system parameters were imported into the Moldflow model to run the filling analysis and investigate the filling flow of the product.Finally,the results of optimization were tested and verified,and the results showed that the optimization effect was good and the problem of flow imbalance was significantly improved.
