【摘要】 2020年新修订《中华人民共和国档案法》出台,标志着我国档案事业进入到全新发展阶段。本文研究了2020年7月以来发表的关于新修订档案法条款分析的文献,梳理了目前我国档案学学界在此问题研究上的热点与现状,并从档案法实践角度出发,分别阐释了档案法实施过程中的受众群体,提出了目前档案法实施过程中需迫切解决的问题:加快制定档案法实施条例、加强与完善相关判例建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 The newly revised "Archives Law of the People’s Republic of China" was implemented in 2020,marking that Chinese archives has entered a new stage.Based on the analysis of the articles of the revised "Archives Law" published since July 2020,this article combs the current hotspots and status in the field of archives studies in China on this issue.From the perspective of the "Archives Law",it explained the social group in the implementation of the "Archives Law",and pointed the problems that need to be solved urgently in the implementation of the "Archives Law":speed up the formulation of the "Archives Law" implementation measures,strengthen and improve related case construction.更多还原
