结球甘蓝的光合模型筛选与光响应特征比较

【摘要】 为了探究适宜的结球甘蓝光合模型及光响应特征,采用3种数学模型(非直角双曲线模型、直角双曲线模型、叶子飘新模型)对5个品种结球甘蓝叶片进行拟合。结果表明,在光合有效辐射为700μmol·(m2·s)-1的弱光环境下品种g 5与其他4个品种的净光合速率呈现显著差异。拟合结果显示,3种数学模型拟合光饱和点非直角双曲线模型与直角双曲线模型拟合值误差超过1 000μmol·(m2·s)-1,不宜采用其作为拟合甘蓝叶片光响应模型;而叶子飘新模型拟合光饱和点与实测值接近,拟合效果最好,是拟合甘蓝叶片光响应最佳模型。暗呼吸速率的拟合值从小到大的排序为:g 3、g 4、g 2、g 1、g 5;光饱和点的拟合值从小到大的排序为:g 1、g 3、g 2、g 5、g 4;光补偿点的拟合值从小到大的排序为:g 3、g 1、g 2、g 4、g 5;而最大净光合速率的拟合值从小到大的排序为:g 4、g 3、g 2、g 5、g 1;初始量子效率拟合值从小到大的排序为:g 5、g 3、g 2、g 4、g 1。

【Abstract】 To explore the suitable photosynthetic model and surface response characteristics of Brassica oleracea(common head cabbage), three mathematical models(non-rectangular hyperbola model, rectangular hyperbola model and new model of Yezipiao) were used to fit the leaves of five varieties of cabbage. The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate of variety g 5 was significantly different from that of the other four varieties under the low light condition of 700 μmol·(m2·s)-1 photosynthetically active radiation. And, the fitting results showed that the fitting error between the non-rectangular hyperbola model and the rectangular hyperbola model was more than 1 000 μmol·(m2·s)-1, so it was not suitable to be used as the fitting light response model of cabbage leaves, while the light saturation point of Yezipiao model was close to the measured value, and the fitting effect was the best, which was the best model for fitting the light response of cabbage leaf. The order of fitting value of dark respiration rate from small to large was g 3<g 4<g 2<g 1<g 5. while the order of fitting value of light saturation point from small to large was g 1<g 3<g 2<g 5<g 4. Meanwhile, the order of fitting value of optical compensation points from small to large was g 3<g 1<g 2<g 4<g 5. while the order of fitting value of maximum net photosynthetic rate from small to large was g 4<g 3<g 2<g 5<g 1. Finally, the order of initial quantum efficiency fitting value from small to large was g 5<g 3<g 2<g 4<g 1.
