杜鹃兰类原球茎快速增殖研究

【摘要】 以杜鹃兰类原球茎为材料,研究基本培养基、不同激素配比和绘制类原球茎增殖生长曲线,获得类原球茎增殖的最适条件。结果表明,杜鹃兰类原球茎快速增殖最佳培养方案是基本培养基为B 5,转接入B 5+6-BA 0.3 mg·L-1+NAA 1.0 mg·L-1+IBA 0.5 mg·L-1+IAA 0.3 mg·L-1+活性炭1.0 g·L-1+土豆泥30.0 g·L-1培养基中,经过45 d培养后,使杜鹃兰类原球茎增殖倍数最高达8.20倍。成功建立起杜鹃兰类原球茎稳定快速增殖的体系。

【Abstract】 In this study, the optimal conditions for proliferation of protocorm-like bodies in Cremastra appendiculata were obtained by studying the basic medium, different hormone ratio and drawing the growth curve of procorm.The results showed that B 5 was the best basic medium for rapid proliferation of C. appendiculata protocorm-like bodies.When the protocorm-like bodies were transferred the into B 5 + 6-BA 0.3 mg·L-1 + NAA 1.0 mg·L-1 + IBA 0.5 mg·L-1 + IAA 0.3 mg·L-1 + activated carbon 1.0 g·L-1 + mashed potatoes 30.0 g·L-1,and after 45 d of culture, the maximum multiplication ratio of C. appendiculata protocorm-like bodies was 8.20 folds.In this study, a stable and rapid proliferation system of C. appendiculata protocorm-like bodies was successfully established.
