【摘要】 目的 观察情景模拟教学法在提高全科住院医师规范化培训学员医患沟通能力中的效果和价值。方法 选取2019年1月-2019年12月在昆山市第一人民医院全科医学科住培第三年的全科专业住院医师39名，以带教方式的不同分为两组，传统教学组(19名)、情景模拟教学组(20名)，教学结束后，两组住培医师均参加年度考核，在模拟诊疗中进行医患沟通考核，对考核结果进行分析评价。结果 情景模拟教学组住培医师的医患沟通考核分高于传统教学组(P<0.05)，情景模拟教学在住培医师对疾病的关注度、对病人的关注度方面都明显高于传统教学组(P<0.05)。情景模拟教学组住培医师的满意度相对较高(P<0.05)。结论 情景模拟教学在全科住培医师规范化培训中应用，可提升规培医师的医患沟通能力，提高教育质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe effect and value of scenario simulation teaching method in improving doctor-patient communication ability of standardized training students for general practitioners.Methods The paper chose 39 general practice residents in the third year of residence training in general practice department of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019,and divided them into two groups according to different teaching methods:traditional teaching group (19) and scenario simulation teaching group (20).After teaching,residents in both groups participated in annual assessment and conducted assessment of doctor-patient communication in simulation diagnosis and treatment.Assessment results were analyzed and evaluated.Results Assessment scores of doctor-patient communication of resident training doctors in scenario simulation teaching group was higher than traditional teaching group,(P<0.05).Scenario simulation teaching was significantly higher than traditional teaching group in attention to diseases and patients of residents,(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of residents in scenario simulation teaching group was relatively higher (P<0.05).Conclusion Scenario simulation teaching can improve doctor-patient communication ability and education quality in standardized training of general practitioners.更多还原
