【摘要】 目的 观察后腹腔镜微创取石术治疗输尿管上段结石合并轻度肾积水的临床效果。方法 将江苏省灌云县人民医院于2018年1月至2021年5月收治的30例输尿管上段结石合并轻度肾积水患者作为研究对象,按随机数表的方式分为观察组和对照组,每组15例。对照组患者实施激光碎石术,观察组患者实施后腹腔镜微创取石术。对比两组患者手术相关指标、住院情况、手术效果和术后并发症情况和生活质量。结果 观察组的手术相关指标明显优于对照组,住院时间和胃肠道功能恢复时间明显更短,手术效果更加确切,且术后并发症发生率更低,生活质量更高(P<0.05)。结论 将后腹腔镜微创取石术运用于输尿管上段结石合并轻度肾积水的治疗中效果确切,可以有效减少术中出血量和手术时间,术后恢复速度快,结石清除率高,生活质量更好,极具临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic minimally invasive lithotomy in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi with mild hydronephrosis.Methods Thirty patients with upper ureteral calculi combined with mild hydronephrosis in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,15 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laser lithotripsy,and the observation group was treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic minimally invasive lithotripsy.The operation related indexes,hospitalization,operation effect,postoperative complications and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The operation related indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the hospitalization time and gastrointestinal function recovery time were significantly shorter,the operation effect was more accurate,the incidence of postoperative complications was lower,and the quality of life was higher (P<0.05).Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic minimally invasive lithotomy is effective in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi combined with mild hydronephrosis,which can effectively reduce the amount of blood loss and operation time,with fast postoperative recovery,high stone clearance rate and better quality of life.更多还原
