【摘要】 骨科大手术围手术期最常见的并发症之一是深静脉血栓的发生,可致患者出现肺栓塞甚至死亡,而临床常规凝血实验室检查只反映凝血机制某一阶段的状态,不能快速反映凝血整体动态,存在一定的缺陷;血栓弹力图能及时提供血栓形成、纤溶各个阶段的信息,相较于常用的凝血四项、D-二聚体等临床常规检查具有明显的优异性,用于筛查各种凝血异常,判断出血风险,诊断凝血障碍的同时,也可指导成分输血和监测抗凝药物疗效等方面。本文就血栓弹力图在骨科大手术围手术期的研究现况作简要概述。更多还原

【Abstract】 One of the most common perioperative complications of major orthopedic surgery is the occurrence of deep venous thrombosis,which can lead to pulmonary embolism or even death,while routine clinical coagulation laboratory examination only reflects the state of a certain stage of blood coagulation mechanism,it cannot quickly reflect the overall dynamics of blood coagulation,and there are some defects.Thromboelastogram can provide the information of each stage of thrombosis and fibrinolysis in time,and has obvious advantages compared with the commonly used clinical routine tests such as four items of coagulation and D-dimer.It can be used to screen various blood coagulation abnormalities and judge the risk of hemorrhage,while diagnosing coagulation disorders,and it can also guide component transfusion and monitor the efficacy of anticoagulant drugs.This article briefly summarizes the research status of thromboelastography in the perioperative period of major orthopedic surgery.更多还原
