【摘要】 目的 分析小儿急性喉炎患者采取雾化吸入布地奈德联合肾上腺素治疗的临床疗效。方法 此次研究选取揭阳市人民医院收治的急性喉炎患儿76例随机分为各38例的两组,计划组与预设组分别采取雾化吸入布地奈德联合肾上腺素治疗与仅采取雾化吸入布地奈德治疗,比较组间临床疗效。结果 组间喉鸣消失时间、声音嘶哑消失时间、犬吠样咳嗽消失时间、呼吸困难消失时间及住院时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗有效率方面,计划组与预设组比较前者更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 急性喉炎患儿采取雾化吸入布地奈德联合肾上腺素治疗,有利于改善患者不良症状,提升治疗有效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze clinical effect of nebulized budesonide combined with epinephrine in treatment of children with acute laryngitis.Methods The paper chose 76 cases acute laryngitis children in our hospital,and divided them into two groups randomly,with 38 cases in each group.Planned group and preset group were treated with atomized inhalation of budesonide combined with epinephrine and atomized inhalation of budesonide only respectively.Clinical curative effect was compared between two groups.Results There was significant difference in disappearance time of laryngeal sounds,hoarseness,barking cough,dyspnea and hospital stay between two groups (P<0.05);in terms of treatment effect,it was higher in planning group than in preset group (P<0.05).Conclusion Atomization inhalation of budesonide combined with epinephrine can improve adverse symptoms and treatment effect of acute laryngitis children.更多还原
