【摘要】 目的 了解SBAR沟通模式在新生儿科护理业务查房过程中的应用效果。方法 将广东省佛山市南海区妇幼保健院2020年2月至2020年6月开展的61例SBAR沟通模式病情汇报的护理业务查房作为实验组,2019年8月至2020年8月开展的56例护理业务查房设为对照组,护理业务查房的对象和形式不变,用SBAR沟通的形式设计管床护士在护理业务查房中病情汇报的流程,筛选SBAR沟通模式实施前后5个月护理业务查房效果进行对比,分析实施前后管床护士病情汇报的条理性;分析管床护士有效信息的掌握程度,了解护士对病情的掌握程度;分析患者的护理结局。结果 SBAR沟通模式管床护士在病情汇报的条理性高达98.35%,显著优于实施前的82.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管床护士有效信息的掌握程度达96.71%,显著优于实施前的80.35%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施前后患儿护理查房结结果数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SBAR沟通模式在护理业务查房中应用效果显著,能够有效提升护理人员之间的有效沟通,提升护理人员临床思维能力,确保患者护理结局。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand application effect of SBAR communication mode in process of neonatal nursing rounds.Methods The paper chose 61 cases SBAR communication mode ward rounds in our department from February 2020 to June 2020 as experimental group,and 56 cases nursing business ward rounds from August 2019 to August 2020 as control group.With object and form of nursing rounds remaining unchanged,the paper designed condition report process of bed nurses in nursing rounds,compared effect of nursing rounds 5 months before and after SBAR communication mode,and analyzed organization of condition report of bed nurses before and after implementation.It analyzed mastery degree of effective information of bed nurses,understood mastery degree of nurses on condition of patients,and analyzed nursing outcomes of patients.Results Under SBAR communication mode,organization of bed nurses was as high as 98.35%,significantly better than 82.14% before,difference showed statistical significance,(P<0.05);mastery of effective information of bed nurses was up to 96.71%,ignificantly better than 80.35% before,difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);before and after implementation,nursing ward round results difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion SBAR communication mode can achieve significant application effect in nursing rounds,improve effective communication between nurses,clinical thinking ability of nurses effectively,and ensure nursing outcome of patients.更多还原
