【摘要】 目的分析白细胞变化在新型冠状病毒肺炎治疗中的意义与应对方法。方法纳入广东省广州市第八人民医院2020年1～3月收治的新型冠状病毒肺炎患者共80例为研究对象,观察患者治疗过程中白细胞计数与淋巴细胞计数变化,分析应对方法。结果重症与非重症患者淋巴细胞减少率分别为95%与81.67%,白细胞减少率为65%与28.33%。应用升白药物干预后重症与非重症患者白细胞总数上升率分别为46.15%与76.47%,而淋巴细胞计数上升率分别为47.37%与69.39%。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎患者治疗过程中易于发生白细胞与淋巴细胞减低症状,且多种药物联用可增加发生风险,重症患者发生率高于非重症患者,G-CSF或GM-CSF联合利可君方案可用于对抗COVID-19患者治疗过程中发生的白细胞与淋巴细胞减少症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze significance of leukocyte changes in treatment of Covid-19 and its countermeasures.Methods The paper chose 80 cases Covid-19 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to March 2020 as research subjects.Changes of white blood cell count and lymphocyte count during treatment were observed,coping strategies were analyzed.Results Lymphocytopenia rates of severe and non severe patients were 95% and 81.67% respectively,leucocytopenia rates were 65% and 28.33% respectively.After application of leukemic drugs intervention,increase rates of total leukocyte count in severe and non severe patients were 46.15% and 76.47% respectively,while increase rates of lymphocyte count were 47.37% and 69.39% respectively.Conclusion Patients with Covid-19 may have leukopenia and lymphopenia during treatment,combination of multiple drugs can increase leukopenia risks.Incidence of severe patients is higher than non severe patients.G-CSF or GM-CSF combined with rikejun scheme can be appled for leukopenia and lymphopenia of Covid-19 patients.更多还原
