【Abstract】 To overcome some disadvantages of traditional endoscopic ear surgery, a technique incorporating continuous irrigation has been developed for endoscopic ear surgery, which helps mitigate issues such as frequent needs for lens wiping, single-hand operation limitations and bone drilling difficulties. This paper describes in detail the basic principles, applications, technical advantages, application scenarios and technique pitfalls of the continuous irrigation in endoscopic ear surgery to hopefully help otologists learn and master this new surgical tool.更多还原
