【Abstract】 By virtue of its good foundation of environmental protection industries, Japan has achieved good results in terms of effectively improving the operating efficiency of environmental public facilities, promoting industrial pollution treatment, accelerating the upgrading and development of environmental protection industries, etc. through mechanism design and the formulation and implementation of supporting promotion measures.
