【摘要】 目的:观察置管引流结合九一丹灌注术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的临床疗效。方法:选择高位复杂性肛瘘患者100例,随机分为两组:治疗组(n=50)例和对照组(n=50)例。治疗组采用置管引流结合九一丹灌注,对照组采用低位切开高位挂线术,对两组患者的一般资料、治愈时间、治愈率、复发率、以及肛门功能保护情况进行统计分析。结果:治疗组未愈2例,对照组未愈1例,术后随访均无复发病例,两组患者在治愈率、复发率方面无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗组伤口愈合时间(33.4±4.8)d,较对照组(36.5±5.0)d明显缩短,有显著性差异(P<0.01);在伤口痊愈时、随访6月时两组的静息压、肛管最大收缩压均有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.01),治疗组肛门自制功能损伤小。结论:置管引流结合九一丹灌注治疗高位复杂性肛瘘,可缩短治疗时间,肛门括约肌功能得到较好的保护。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of catheter drainage combined with Jiuyidan perfusion in the treatment of high complex anal fistula. Methods A total of 100 patients diagnosed with high complex anal fistula were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(50 cases) and control group(50 cases). The treatment group was treated with catheter drainage combined with Jiuyidan perfusion, while the control group was treated with low incision and high thread drawing. Statistical analysis of general data, cure time, treatment rate, recurrence rate and anal function protection of the two groups were observed. Results 2 cases were not cured in the treatment group and 1 case in the control group. No recurrence cases were found in the two groups during the follow-up. There was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of cure rate and recurrence rate(P>0.05). The wound healing time of the treatment group(33.4±4.8) days was significantly shorter than that of the control group(36.5±5.0) days, with a significant difference(P<0.01). At the time of wound healing and follow-up of 6 months, the resting pressure and the maximum systolic pressure of anal canal in the two groups were significantly different(P<0.01, P<0.01). The anal sphincter function in the treatment group was less damaged. Conclusion The procedure of catheterization and drainage combined with Jiuyidan perfusion in the treatment of high complicated anal fistula can shorten the treatment time, and the anal sphincter function is better protected.更多还原
