【摘要】 目的:观察浮针治疗经皮椎体成形术(PVP)后残余痛的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2018年5月至2020年11月采用浮针治疗经皮椎体成形术后残余痛患者病例资料,男6例,女24例;年龄60～89岁,平均(73.52±5.54)岁。所有患者均行经皮椎体成形术,采用浮针治疗术后残余疼痛,根据治疗总有效率、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)及Oswestry功能指数(ODI)评分标准评定患者的临床疗效。结果:显效16例,有效11例,无效3例,总有效率90.0%。VAS评分:治疗前(4.63±0.93)分,治疗后(1.75±0.88)分,治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明患者疼痛程度明显减轻。ODI指数:治疗前(65.67±7.96)分,治疗后(27.67±8.48)分,治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明患者功能改善程度显著提升。结论:浮针治疗能显著改善经皮椎体成形术后残余腰背痛症状,为治疗PVP术后残余疼痛提供了新的选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the efficacy of floating needle in the treatment of residual pain after percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP).Methods:The clinical data of patients with residual pain after percutaneous vertebroplasty treated with floating needle from May 2018 to November 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.There were 6 males and 24 females, aged from 60 to 89 years old with(73.52±5.54) years old on average.All patients underwent percutaneous vertebroplasty, and floating needle was used to treat postoperative residual pain.The clinical efficacy was evaluated according to the total effective rate, pain visual analogue scale(VAS) score and Oswestry functional index(ODI).Results:Clinical efficacy: 16 cases were markedly effective, 11 cases were effective, 3 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 90.0%.VAS score statistically decreased from 4.63±0.93 to 1.75±0.88 after treatment(P<0.05) which indicated that the pain degree of patients was significantly reduced.ODI statistically decreased from 65.67±7.96 to 27.67±8.48 after treatment(P<0.05) which indicated that the degree of functional improvement of patients was significantly improved.Conclusion:Floating needle therapy can significantly improve the symptoms of residual low back pain after percutaneous vertebroplasty, which provides a new choice for the treatment of residual pain after PVP.更多还原
