【摘要】 目的:通过调查了解现代康复机构人才教育培养的现状,发现实际存在的人才培养问题。方法:通过问卷调查方法调查全国57家康复机构,分析其人才教育层次、人才培养数量需求等方面情况。结果:现代康复机构技术人员配置不足,无法满足社会需求;人才培养教育层次较低,专业分工不细致;人才培养渠道有待进一步拓宽。结论:加大康复机构人才培养力度,调整康复治疗学专业人才培养模式,细化康复治疗学专业方向,拓宽康复人才培养渠道,促进国内康复机构高质量发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the current situation of talents education and cultivation of modern rehabilitation institutions through investigation,find out the actual problems of them,and put forward some opinions for reference.Methods:From January to December in 2020,a total of 57 rehabilitation institutions across the country were investigated through the questionnaire surveys method.To analyze their talents education levels,talents training quantity demand and other aspects.Results:The allocation of rehabilitation technicians is insufficient to meet the needs of society.The level of talents training and education is low,and the division of specialization is not meticulous.Talents training channels need to be further expanded.Conclusion:To intensify the talents cultivation of rehabilitation,adjust the talents cultivation model of the major of rehabilitation therapy,refine the professional direction of rehabilitation therapy and broaden the channels of rehabilitation talents cultivation in order to promote the high-quality development of talents of rehabilitation of China.更多还原
