【摘要】 目的:介绍某大型三甲公立医院结合学科发展规划,构建一套科学、可操作、客观量化、可动态管理的学科建设评价指标体系的方法、过程和结果。方法:采用文献调研法、归纳演绎法、现场观察法、访谈法、头脑风暴法、专家咨询法、主观赋权法、焦点小组讨论法等方法构建适合某大型三甲公立医院学科发展的学科建设评价指标体系。结果:构建的指标体系涉及6个一级指标,16个二级指标,49个三级指标,其中有21个核心指标。98%的指标均为量化指标,仅2%的指标为主观考核指标。结论:指标选取具有很强的代表性,以效益和比率性指标为主,能客观反映学科建设的真实水平;指标设计充分考虑10年建设周期,既立足当下又着眼未来。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To introduce the method,process and result of a scientific,operable,objectively quantifiable,and dynamically manageable evaluation index system for discipline construction in a large Grade III public hospital combined with discipline development planning.Methods:Using literature research method,inductive deduction method,field observation method,interview method,brainstorming method,expert consultation method,subjective empowerment method,focus group discussion method and other methods to construct a discipline construction evaluation suitable for the discipline development of a large Grade III public hospital index system.Results:The constructed indicator system involves 6 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators,and 49 third-level indicators,including 21 core indicators.98% of the indicators are quantitative indicators,and only 2% of the indicators are subjective evaluation indicators.Conclusion:The selection of indicators is highly representative,mainly based on efficiency and ratio indicators,which can objectively reflect the true level of discipline construction;the indicator design fully considers the 10-year construction period,which is based on the present and the future.更多还原
