【摘要】 目的:对北京市中医医疗机构新增治未病收费项目进行风险评估,识别风险,提出对策建议。方法:运用文献研究法和专家咨询法设计风险评价表,采用风险分析法判断新增治未病收费项目的风险等级。结果:风险评价表一级指标的综合风险等级均为C级,二级指标中,新增治未病项目过度使用、增加非中医治未病项目的使用或挂靠收费、医保基金支出大幅增加、患者提高要求增加医务人员工作压力为一般风险,其余指标为较小或微小风险。结论:在实施新增治未病收费项目之前需完善相关政策与规范、建立风险跟踪反馈机制、制定合理价格、重视沟通普及,预防和减少风险的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To conduct the risk assessment of the newly charged projects for preventive treatment of diseases in Chinese medical institutions in Beijing,identify the risks,and propose countermeasures.Methods:The literature research and the expert consultation method were used to design the risk evaluation form,and the risk analysis method was used to determine the risk level of the newly charged projects for preventive treatment of diseases.Results:In the risk evaluation form,the comprehensive risk levels of the first-level indicators are all C-level,among the second-level indicators,excessive use of newly preventive treatment of diseases items,increased use of non-preventive treatment of diseases items or charge chaos,substantial increase in medical insurance fund expenditures,and increased patient demands for increased medical staff work pressure are general risks,and the remaining indicators are small or minor risks.Conclusion:In order to prevent and reduce the occurrence of risks,it is necessary to improve relevant policies and regulations,establish a risk tracking and feedback mechanism,set reasonable prices,and pay attention to communication and popularization before implementation.更多还原
