【摘要】 在新发突发传染病疫情防控中,出院随访工作尤为重要。随着新型冠状病毒肺炎治愈患者不断增加,作为疫情防控重要环节的院外随访及管理问题日益突出。作者总结了既往随访工作存在的问题,建立了一种全方位的出院随访管理模式。通过成立高水平的随访团队,开设新冠肺炎中西医随访门诊,采用多种随访形式,提高了随访的时效性和便捷性,获得了患者的认可和配合;同时,及时掌握患者院外动态信息,不断完善医疗服务流程,提高服务质量,最终使患者获益,也为新发突发传染病的出院随访工作提供借鉴。更多还原
