【摘要】 目的:评价失效模式与效应分析(FMEA)应用于医联体模式下综合医院院间转诊感染风险防控的效果。方法:分析医联体模式下综合医院院感风险,计算高风险指数(RPN),制定并实施改进措施,并进行评价。结果:将改进措施在特殊感染/传染性患者转诊事件中加以应用,及时救治患者的同时未发生院感事件。结论:FMEA模式可以早期识别医联体模式下综合医院的院感风险,推进医院完善流程和制度,预防院感事件发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) on general hospital infection prevention and control under the medical cluster model.Methods:analyze the nosocomial infection risk of general hospital under the mode of medical cluster,calculates the high risk index (RPN),formulate and implement improvement measures,and evaluate.Result:FMEA was applied in referral events of patients with special infection,and the patients were treated in time without hospital infection.Conclusion:FMEA model can early identify the nosocomial infection risk of general hospitals under the medical cluster model,promote the improvement of hospital processes and systems,and prevent nosocomial infection risk.更多还原
