【摘要】 腹泻病给家兔养殖业造成了严重危害,导致腹泻的原因很多。通过粪便镜检法调查了文成县金炉兔业有限公司兔场常见的兔腹泻病原,针对检测到的病原开展了药物治疗效果观察。结果显示:兔球虫阳性率较高,可达53.33%,主要为穿孔艾美耳球虫,其次为栓尾线虫,阳性率为10%,另外,机会性致病菌点滴复膜酵母的阳性率也较高,为40%,使用抗球虫和抗真菌药物后,兔球虫和点滴复膜酵母阳性率显著降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Diarrhea caused by mang reasons, has caused severe threat to rabbit breeding. The common pathogenscausing diarrhea have been detected in rabbit industry of Wencheng region. And effect of drug treatment to diarrheapathogens was investigated. Detection results show coccidia positive rate was as higher as 53.33% and the main spe-cies of coccidia was Eimeria perforans. Secondly Passalurus ambiguus has a positive rate of 10%. In addition,Cyni-clomyces guttulatus, a potential opportunistic pathogen has a positive rate of 40%. After treatment with anticoccidialand antifungal drugs, positive rates of coccidia and C. guttulatus in rabbits significantly decreased. This study is bene-ficial to control of rabbit diarrhea in the field.更多还原
