【摘要】 试验从福建省某兔场发生呼吸道传染病病死兔的鼻腔分泌物和肺脏样品中分离到多杀性巴氏杆菌PM2110和金黄色葡萄球菌SA2108。将2种分离细菌经人工感染试验兔后,能复制出临床症状和特征性病变与临床自然发病病例相同的病兔,且能从人工感染试验兔的肺脏样品中回收到相应的攻毒菌株,表明该兔场的呼吸道传染病是由多杀性巴氏杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌混合感染引起的。多杀性巴氏杆菌PM2110和金黄色葡萄球菌SA2108对不同药物表现出不同的敏感性,但都对氨苄西林、氧氟沙星、头孢曲松和头孢噻肟高度敏感。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Pasteurella multocida PM2110 and Staphylococcus aureus SA2108 were isolated from the samples of nasal discharges and lungs of rabbits died of an infectious respiratory disease broke out in a rabbit farm in Fujian Province.The two isolated bacteria were proved to be the pathogens causing the infectious respiratory disease of the rabbit farm by artificial infection.The antibiotic sensitivity profiles of Pasteurella multocida PM2110 and Staphylococcus aureus SA2108 were different,but both of the two isolates were highly susceptible to ampicillin,ofloxacin,ceftriaxone and cefotaxime.更多还原
