胱抑素C及颈动脉超声预测急性心肌梗死的临床价值分析

【摘要】 目的探讨血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)水平及颈动脉超声对急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)的预测价值。方法随机选取2018年9月至2020年9月于青岛大学附属医院住院的AMI患者116例(AMI组),稳定型心绞痛患者107例(稳定型心绞痛组),选取同期健康查体者114例为对照组,比较三组患者Cys-C的水平及颈动脉超声表现,分析AMI组患者Cys-C水平及颈动脉超声与冠脉病变的关系。结果 AMI组Cys-C水平及Crouse积分均高于稳定型心绞痛组及对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。Cys-C及Crouse积分与冠状动脉病变严重程度呈明显正相关(P<0.01)。结论血清Cys-C水平及颈动脉超声可作为AMI的临床预测指标,且能在一定程度上反映心肌梗死的严重程度,两者联用预测价值较高。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the predictive value of serum Cys-C and carotid ultrasound in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI). Method Patients hospitalized in Department of Cardiology, Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from September 2018 to September 2020 were randomly selected. According to clinical manifestations, markers of myocardial necrosis, electrocardiogram and other manifestations,116 AMI patients were selected as treatment group, while 107 stable angina pectoris patients and 114 healthy person were selected, compare the level of Cys-C and carotid ultrasound in the three groups, and observe the relationship between the level of Cys-C and carotid artery ultrasound and different degrees of myocardial infarction. Result The level of Cys-C and Crouse score of treatment group were both significantly higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). The level of Cys-C and Crouse scores are significantly positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease(P<0.01). Conclusion Serum levels of Cys-C and carotid ultrasound may reflect one of clinical predictive indicators of AMI, and these can reflect the severity of myocardial infarction to a certain extent.
