【摘要】 目的观察复方托吡卡胺滴眼液对原发性开角型青光眼(Primary open-angle glaucoma,POAG)患者眼压的影响。方法队列研究,对POAG组及非青光眼对照组以10分钟间隔滴复方托吡卡胺液3次,在用药前和最后一次用药后的30分钟行压平眼压等检查。结果散瞳后POAG组IOP均值升高(1.9±2.5mmHg),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),对照组的变化则没有统计学意义(-0.46±2.1mmHg,P=0.910);POAG组眼压升高者的发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025)。结论部分POAG患者使用复方托吡卡胺液后会出现明显的IOP升高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influence of compound tropicamide in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma on intraocular pressure.Methods In the cohort study,POAG patients were recruited as the POAG group,and non-glaucoma patients as the control group.All subjects used compound tropicamide eye drops 3 times at 10 minutes interval to dilate their pupils.Before and 30 minutes after the medication,the examination of Goldmann Applanation Tonometer was performed to observe the change of IOP.Results The mean IOP increased after mydriasis in the POAG group,and the difference was statistically significant(1.9±2.5 mmHg,P<0.001),while there was no significant change(-0.46±2.1 mmHg,P=0.910) in the control group.In the POAG group,the rates of IOP increase were significantly higher than that in the control group(P=0.025).Conclusion Some patients with POAG may have a significant IOP increase after the use of compound tropicamide eye drops.更多还原
