【摘要】 目的了解18～22岁大学生近视状况以及散光、身高、体重指数、父母教育程度、运动等因素与近视的关系,探讨近视影响因素,为近视防控提供依据。方法对北京某大学724名18～22岁在校学生的视力、眼屈光度及身高、体重、跑步成绩(男生1000米,女生800米)等检测;问卷调查内容包括父母受教育程度、初次戴镜时间、是否喜好运动、是否经常参加体育锻炼及时间等。结果散光程度与近视度显著相关(r=0.432,P<0.01);母亲受教育程度与子女近视度相关(F=3.465,P<0.05);初次戴镜年龄与近视度显著相关(r=-0.437,P<0.001)。结论散光性屈光不正及早矫正有利于近视控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between astigmatism,height,BMI(Body Mass Index),parental education level,exercise and myopia in college students aged 18 to 22 years,and explore the influencing factors of myopia,in order to provide the scientific basis for prevention and control of myopia.Methods A total of 724 students aged 18～22 in a university in Beijing were tested for their visual acuity,eye diopter,height,weight and running performance(boys’ 1000 m,girls’ 800 m).The questionnaire included parents’ education level,the time of wearing glasses for the first time,whether they like sports,whether they often take part in physical exercise and the time.Results The degree of astigmatism was significantly correlated with myopia(r=0.432,P<0.01),the educational level of mother was correlated with myopia of children(F=3.465,P<0.05),and the age of first wearing glasses was significantly correlated with myopia(r=-0.437,P<0.001).Conclusions Early correction of astigmatic ametropia is beneficial to the control of myopia.更多还原
