【摘要】 近年来,辣椒生产中辣椒轻斑驳病毒(Pepper mild mottle virus,PMMoV)危害日趋严重,并影响到辣椒的品质和产量。综述了辣椒轻斑驳病毒的危害性与分布、寄主范围、在寄主组织中的分布与传播途径、基因组结构、致病型及亲缘关系、检测方法、防治方法等方面的研究进展,并对存在的相关问题进行分析与展望,以期为今后的PMMoV防治与抗性品种选育提供借鉴和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, Pepper mild mottle virus(PMMoV)has become more and more serious in pepper production,and affects pepper’s quality and yield. For this reason, we summarize the harmfulness, geographic distribution, host range, distribution in host tissues, transmission, genome structure, pathotype, phylogenetic relationship, detection method,prevention and control of PMMoV. The prospects and analysis of the existing problems are also discussed in order to provide reference for the control of PMMoV and breeding of resistant varieties in the future.更多还原
