【Abstract】 The 6th edition of Japanese Gastric Cancer Treatment guidelines(here in after referred to as the guidelines),organized by the Japanese gastric Cancer Association,has been formally published in July 2021.On the basis of full discussion,guidelines absorbed the latest evidences of high-level evidence-based medicine,standardized and enriched the contents of surgery,endoscopic treatment,chemotherapy and postoperative follow-up.The 6 th guideline has different characteristics and advancement of the times,and provides more accurate and scientific guidance and strategies for clinical medical in the future.更多还原
