【Abstract】 Laparoscopic cholecystectomy has become the main operation and gold standard of cholelithiasis. The main complication of LC is biliary tract injury. As the standard operating procedure of LC,CVS is an effective method to prevent biliary tract injury. Not only is the domestic LC surgery training course and operator access system immature,but the concept of CVS has not been widely promoted in China.
