【摘要】 目的评估合作学习联合基于问题的教学模式(PBL)在胃肠外科见习教学中的效果。方法选取2020年9月至2021年1月在广西医科大学第一附属医院见习的97名临床本科生作为研究对象,按照简单随机化法将其分为实验组(采用合作学习联合PBL教学,49名)和对照组(采用常规教学模式,48名)。比较两组的考试成绩与教学效果。结果实验组学生的理论知识考核成绩与临床病例分析能力考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组学生对教师教学能力、课程内容与安排、理论知识掌握、临床思维培养、激发学习兴趣、自主学习能力培养、团队合作意识、提高与患者交流的能力等方面的反馈均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合作学习联合PBL教学模式能提高医学生胃肠外科学的见习效果,并得到学生的认可。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of cooperative learning combined with problem-based learning(PBL) teaching model in the internship teaching in the department of gastrointestinal surgery. Methods Altogether 97 clinical undergraduates who were interned in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from September 2020 to January 2021 were selected as subjects. According to the simple randomization method, they were divided into experimental group(using cooperative learning combined with PBL teaching, 49 students) and control group(using conventional teaching mode, 48 students). The test scores and teaching effect of the two groups were compared. Results The test results of theoretical knowledge and clinical case analysis ability of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Students in the experimental group had better feedback on teachers′ teaching ability, curriculum content and arrangement, theoretical knowledge mastery, clinical thinking cultivation, stimulating learning interest, cultivation of independent learning ability, teamwork awareness and improvement of communication ability with patients than those in the control group, with statistical significances(P<0.05). Conclusion Cooperative learning combined with PBL teaching mode can improve the internship effect of gastrointestinal surgery for medical students, and is recognized by the students.更多还原
