【Abstract】 Corona virus disease 2019 is a newly highly infectious respiratory disease. Through accurate diagnosis,multiparty efforts, and active treatment, the epidemic has been effectively controlled in China, and main strategy against epidemic has transformed from medical treatment to normal prevention and control. In the face of the outbreak of the epidemic, the hospital has undergone challenges and tests. It is worth thinking about how to do a good job of medical management in the stage of epidemic prevention and control. Based on the practice of epidemic prevention and control and resumption of daily work in Beijing You′an Hospital, Capital Medical University, a series of measures, including of responsibility system of chief attending physician for the establishment of clear rights and responsibilities, multi-disciplinary team for coordinated operation, discipline construction, information enhancement, optimization of the layout and integration of resources, have been carried out to promote medical development.更多还原
