【摘要】 目的研究凉血消疕汤联合钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏治疗寻常型银屑病的临床效果。方法选取2019年10月至2020年10月沈阳市第七人民医院收治的100例寻常型银屑病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例)。观察组患者采用凉血消疕汤联合钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏治疗,对照组患者采用钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏治疗。比较两组患者的银屑病面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、C反应蛋白(CRP),血清白介素6(IL-6)、生活质量、治疗总有效率。结果观察组治疗后PASI评分、VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CRP、IL-6水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组躯体领域、心理领域、社会领域、物质生活评分及治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论凉血消疕汤联合钙泊三醇倍他米松软膏治疗寻常型银屑病的效果十分显著,并且能够使机体炎症因子水平得以减少,提高治疗效果,改善患者预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the curative effect of Liangxue Xiaobi Decoction combined with Calcipotriol Betamethasone Ointment in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods A total of 100 patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted to the Seventh People′s Hospital of Shenyang from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the observation group(50 cases) and the control group(50 cases). The observation group was treated with Liangxue Xiaobi Decoction combined with Calcipotriol Betamethasone Ointment, and the control group was treated with Calcipotriol Betamethasone Ointment. The psoriasis severity index(PASI), visual analogue scale(VAS), C-reactive protein(CRP), serum interleukin-6(IL-6), quality of life and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The PASI score and VAS score of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); the levels of CRP and IL-6 in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); the observation group′s physical domain, psychological domain, social domain, material life score and the total effective rate of treatment were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Liangxue Xiaobi Decoction combined with Calcipotriol Betamethasone Ointment has a significant effect in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris, and can reduce the level of inflammatory factors, improve the treatment effect and improve the prognosis of patients.更多还原
