【摘要】 目的探讨中药足浴联合基础护理干预对收缩期高血压患者血压及生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年2月—2019年2月江西省人民医院收治的100例收缩期高血压患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各50例。对照组给予基础护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上增加中药足浴护理。比较两组护理前后的收缩压水平及生活质量评分。结果两组护理后的收缩压水平低于护理前,观察组护理后的收缩压水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理后的生理功能、生理职能、生命活力、社会功能、角色功能、认知功能、心理健康、总生活质量评分高于护理前,且观察组护理后的生理功能、生理职能、生命活力、社会功能、角色功能、认知功能、心理健康、总生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药足浴能改善收缩期高血压患者血压水平及生活质量,值得临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with basic nursing intervention on blood pressure and quality of life of patients with systolic hypertension. Methods A total of 100 patients with systolic hypertension admitted to the Second Department of Jiangxi Provincial People′ s Hospital from February2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given basic nursing intervention, and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine foot bath nursing on the basis of the control group. Systolic blood pressure level and quality of life score before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The systolic blood pressure of the two groups after nursing was lower than that before nursing, the systolic blood pressure of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of physiological function, physiological function, life vitality, social function, role function, cognitive function, mental health and total quality of life of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing, the scores of physiological function, physiological function, vitality, social function, role function, cognitive function, mental health and total quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine foot bath can improve the blood pressure level and quality of life of patients with systolic hypertension, which is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
