【摘要】 目的探寻针对性护理在中药穴位贴敷联合排痰机治疗小儿支气管肺炎中的应用效果。方法选取云浮市妇幼保健院2019年6～12月收治的120例小儿支气管肺炎患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。两组均接受中药穴位贴敷联合排痰机治疗,对照组接受常规常规护理,观察组接受针对性护理。探寻两组临床病情控制优良率、咳嗽症状消失时间、咳痰症状消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、住院时间。结果观察组的临床病情控制优良率为96.67%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的咳嗽症状消失时间为(3.02±0.21)d、咳痰症状消失时间为(2.79±0.23)d、肺部啰音消失时间为(2.52±0.11)d、住院时间为(5.91±0.39)d,短于对照组的(4.38±1.16)、(4.81±1.19)、(4.08±1.37)、(8.88±1.42)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理在中药穴位贴敷联合排痰机治疗小儿支气管肺炎中的应用效果更好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing in the treatment of children bronchopneumonia with traditional Chinese medicine point application combined with expectoration machine. Methods A total of120 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Yunfu City from June to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. All the children in the two groups were given acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with sputum discharge machine treatment. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with targeted nursing. The excellent and good rates of clinical disease control, time for disappearance of cough symptoms, time for disappearance of sputum symptoms, time for disappearance of pulmonary rales and length of hospital stay in the two groups were explored. Results The excellent and good rate of clinical disease control in the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than the 83.33% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The time for the disappearances of cough symptoms,sputum symptoms and pulmonary rales, and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were(3.02 ±0.21),(2.79±0.23),(2.52±0.11) and(5.91±0.39) d, which were shorter than those in the control group of(4.38±1.16),(4.81±1.19),(4.08±1.37) and(8.88±1.42) d, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of targeted nursing in acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with sputum discharge machine in treating children with bronchial pneumonia has better effect.更多还原
